Comprehensive, Dual-Approach Training
Franchisees with WorldKids® School receive comprehensive training designed to ensure their success in running a high-quality educational facility. The training program includes 30 hours of classroom instruction and 30 hours of hands-on, on-the-job training. The classroom training covers essential topics such as curriculum implementation, administrative procedures, and best practices for creating an immersive learning environment.
This is complemented by practical, on-the-job training where franchisees and their staff gain firsthand experience managing daily operations, engaging with students, and applying the innovative teaching methodologies that define WorldKids® Academy. This dual approach equips franchisees with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively operate their centers and deliver exceptional educational experiences.

Location Guidelines
Franchisees are encouraged to work with a commercial leasing agent in order to find the ideal site for their WorldKids® School franchise that meets our square footage, parking, and playground requirements. Your future school may be purchased or leased and developed in a new or existing building.
Hands-On Training
In addition to 30-hours of classroom training, we include 30-hours of hands-on, on-the-job training to equip franchisees with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively operate their centers and deliver exceptional educational experiences.
Annual WorldKids® School Convention
WorldKids® School hosts an annual franchise convention, offering franchisees the chance to engage with the broader WorldKids® School community, participate in advanced training sessions, and discuss strategic initiatives with the WorldKids® School leadership team.
Financing Resources
At this time, WorldKids® School does not finance or guarantee franchisee obligations.
